Daniel Jenkins earned his degree in Music from New York University in 2001. Since then he has been teaching music in private and public settings in the Atlanta area. His primary instrument is violin, though he also teaches cello and viola. He has taken teacher training courses in the Suzuki Method at the Atlanta Suzuki Institute, and has years of experience teaching children age 3 and up. In addition to the Suzuki method, Mr. Jenkins enjoys teaching folk, and fiddle styes, as well as helping students prepare for orchestra auditions. He currently teaches Orchestra and Music Technology at Central Gwinnett High School.
